Ed's Creations is owned
and operated by Ed Fralick, a welder, creator, sculptor and unique artist. Ed creates designs and steel
pieces in the form of gates, furniture, sculptures and more. In addition, Ed can hand build anything from
race cars, antique motorcycles, steel furniture, stained glass pieces or custom made-to-order pieces.*
Ed began making his own tools and machines as a young boy, learning the welding trade
from his father. Throughout the years, Ed has created many beautiful and unique pieces based on the
teachings and honest work ethics his father instilled in him. Ed's main goal is to 'make steel come alive'
in every piece that he creates, and he does just that.
The possibilities of making steel come alive are endless in Ed's shop. Ed's shop has a
forge, foundry, plasma cutters and many more useful tools dating back from 1920. The quality, detail and
craftsmanship put into all of Ed's work is unmatched. When customers come to Ed with a request or order,
they know their piece will be a gorgeous, quality made, one-of-a-kind work of art. Ed puts a peice of his
heart into all of his work.
In addition to Ed's
Creations, he also owns and operates EBeyond 2000,
Inc. a company featuring hi-tech innovations for motorcycles, homes and shops. Inventing hi-tech
products that are useful to everyday people is an important part of Ed's creative drive. One of Ed's
latest inventions, the QuickStart
2000, a one of a kind electronic ignition for antique motorcycles, has been flying off of the shelves
since it's release.
An honest and hardworking businessman, Ed is well-liked and well-known in his hometown of
Charlevoix, Michigan. Ed enjoys spending quality time with his children and grandchildren, as well as
teaching them how to create in the shop.
